1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Discord bot Evamix (hereinafter "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Evamix is a Discord bot that allows you to:

• Create and manage availability polls for matches and training sessions
• Collect votes from team members for different time slots
• Organize cross-team matches with cross-server invitations and synchronized mirror polls
• Manage sports rooms and teams with their slot preferences
• Send automatic notifications to members regarding polls, match reminders, and match requests
• Access a public website with documentation, match/team/room lists, and contact form

3. Use of the Service

3.1. Access Restrictions

Access to the Service may be restricted to members with a specific role on the Discord server, as defined by the server administrator.

3.2. Administrator and Manager Commands

Certain commands are reserved for Discord administrators (bot configuration, initialization) or managers (match creation, team management). Using these commands implies responsibility for managing server data and organizing matches.

3.3. Cross-Server Invitations

When creating a match with an opposing team that has a Discord server, a match request may be sent. The opposing team's managers can accept or decline this request. Upon acceptance, mirror polls are created on both servers with real-time vote synchronization.

3.4. Appropriate Use

You agree to use the Service in accordance with your Discord server rules and Discord's terms of service. Any abusive, fraudulent, or harmful use is prohibited.

3.5. Website and Contact Form

The Service exposes a public website accessible to all. The contact form allows sending messages to the bot owner via Discord. Using the form implies consent to transmit your information (name, Discord ID, subject, message) to the owner.

4. Data and Privacy

The Service collects and stores certain data necessary for its operation. For more information about the data collected and its use, please consult our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or for any other reason.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for these modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability
